Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Hybrinomics LIMS web platform or installing the Hybrinomics LIMS Android application ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who provides the Service

The Service is published by Hybrinomics Medical Innovations Pvt Ltd (HMI) and operated for the diagnostic laboratory client whose tenant you log into — primarily Hybrinomics Life Science & Diagnostics LLP (HLD).

3. Eligibility & account

• You must be 18 or older to register an account.
• Accounts are issued to authorised individuals (lab staff, registered patients/clients, referring doctors, collection-center staff).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share credentials. Notify support@hybrinomics.com immediately if you suspect compromise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data without proper consent of the data principal.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with operation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Resell or sublicense access without a written agreement.
• Upload malicious code, content that violates applicable law, or content infringing third-party rights.

5. Medical & diagnostic disclaimer

The Service is laboratory workflow and information-management software. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace clinical judgment. Diagnostic conclusions are issued by qualified registered pathologists at the operating laboratory. The Service does not interpret images or biomarkers autonomously for treatment decisions.

6. Intellectual property

All software, design, and content of the Service are owned by HMI and/or its licensors. Limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service is granted for the duration of your authorised access. Patient and operational data entered by the laboratory remain the property of the laboratory and the data principals.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may be scheduled. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Termination

HMI / HLD may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data retention follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, HMI's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on this page and (for app users) at next sign-in. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
